Nobu Restaurant Toronto will feature an approximately 15,000 square foot, two-level restaurant which will include a signature bar lounge, outdoor seating and chic private dining rooms.

Residents of the development’s 718 condominium suites will enjoy a range of amenities on the 9th and 10th floors of the complex’s podium, with indoor amenity spaces appointed by interior designers Studio Munge, and outdoor amenities featuring landscaping work by Ferris + Associates Inc. The two floors will be connected via a striking central feature that acts as a focal point: a black granite-faced water feature on the 10th will also act as a light well for the 9th floor.

The 9th floor plan of the Nobu Fitness Club, seen above, includes a legend identifying the uses. (Click on the image to enlarge it to see the numbers.) They indicate a fitness centre, the glass-encircled atrium, a spin studio, a yoga studio, a massage room, an ofuro—a tub to soak in after massages a hot tub, dry sauna, steam room, a cold plunge pool, change rooms, and a central water feature. A rendering of the fitness centre (below) shows how workout equipment will be positioned around the light well and water feature, allowing ample natural light to penetrate the centre of this zen-like space.
